Is your teacher training right for me?

It depends on why you’re curious about doing this work.

Why do you want to invest your time, energy, and 💲 into a Pilates teacher training program?

Our courses were created for you, if any of these statements ring true for you…

⇨ You have been looking for the right Pilates Teacher Training Program for a while, but haven’t really connected to what’s out there.

⇨ You want to learn how to help people understand, appreciate, and move their bodies through mindful and exploratory movement.

⇨ You’re not interested in arguing over whether “classical” or “contemporary” Pilates is better. You’re more about helping all people move better.

⇨ You are ready to make a big change in your career and do meaningful work for a living, or explore a hobby that brings you joy.

⇨ You’re ready to make a commitment to yourself and make this new venture a priority.

⇨ You are willing and ready to put time and effort into the program and finally say “YES” to yourself

Learn About Our Courses

  • You probably already know that teaching movement is not easy.

But don’t worry, we will break it all down. As a student in our program, you will learn all the beginner to advanced exercises, learn how to make movement assessments, and help your students become more functional movers. You will also learn key aspects of anatomy to help them make lasting transformations.

  • The course will also teach teachers how to cue, observe, and how to create an environment where every student feels seen, taken care of, and encouraged to take ownership of their own practice. We will teach you how to help people form healthier relationships with their body, become more aware, and help you navigate working with people who are in chronic pain or have injuries.

Our online program is for you if are able/willing to…

Although we’ve made sure the program is easy to follow, you need to be comfortable with learning through a virtual format, including watching videos, as well as accessing and downloading PDFs.

Commit to Practice Hours

Committing to practice teaching is essential. We provide opportunities for live group coaching, but you have to take time outside of the regular program hours to practice.

Navigate the Interwebs

Access Pilates Equipment

To teach on the Reformer, it’s important to have a Reformer to practice on at home or in a studio.

For a successful career in teaching or studio ownership, it's crucial to actively manage your training by setting a focused schedule and study environment.

Own Your Training

Our online program is NOT for you if you are…

Unable to find Pilates equipment to practice on (and doing the Reformer Pilates Teacher Training Program).

〰️

Unable to find people for practice teaching.

〰️

Interested in getting a certification, but not able to commit time to the course right now.

*Remember, if you have a plan to start teaching within a year of completing the program, but cannot make a commitment to doing the work, you might want to jump into the program at a later time.

Hear from past students…

  • “One of the most valuable things I’ve gained through the program is some different communication tools. We’ve talked a lot in this program not only how to give a cue or give an instruction but there’s a real emphasis on knowing why you are cueing something in a certain way, why you are having someone move in a certain way.”

    Whitney, Teacher Training Grad

  • "Since starting Pilates, I've wanted to share it with others. This program provided supportive teachers and a community to keep me accountable. It was wonderful to connect and be encouraged by a community of women throughout my journey."

    Sheena, Teacher Training Grad

  • The most valuable aspect of this program was the boost in confidence it provided. It equipped me with the ability to teach various individuals effectively. I'm especially thankful for learning to hold space appropriately and understanding when to speak during silent moments or when silence itself is powerful.

    — Katie, Teacher Training Grad

"This training showed me that anyone can do Pilates, regardless of fitness level. You don’t need a lot of Pilates experience to succeed in this program and become a successful teacher."

Cassie, Teacher Training Grad

“When I first started training as a teacher, I was nervous because I felt that I didn't fit the profile of what a "Pilates teacher" should look like. I was older with an athletic build...I thought who would want me as their instructor? Maria and the team taught me not just the exercise and movement principles, but helped me find my own teaching voice and understand my value as a teacher in how I relate to my clients. I am more confident and enjoy teaching so much more now because I have learned to be myself...to bring my unique energy, humor, creativity and spunk into my teaching.”

Carolyn, Teacher Training Grad

They did it. So can you.
